HIBISCUS
Hibiscus, from its scientific name 'Hibiscus sabdariffa', is a plant native to Africa. It is known for its antioxidant properties as well as for the important amount of vitamins B2, B3, C, Calcium and iron it possesses. The main benefits of this bright red plant are that it prevents high blood pressure, bad cholesterol and urinary tract infections. Hibiscus also helps to reduce fever, fatigue and stomach pain.
Tips for use:

1 teaspoon of dried Hibiscus, Mint leaves, 1 teaspoon of honey, 250 ml hot water, Let infuse 5-10 min.
